10. How do I access the chat history?

History of the Chat section: on the screen, swipe right for quick access (or tap the three-dot button in the top right corner of the Chat screen > Choose History.)
History of the Assistants section: tap the Clock icon in the top right corner of the Assistants screen

11. How do I delete messages in the app?

In the History page, tap Select > choose Select All or manually select the conversation > tap Delete

* Selective deletion:

Single message: tap the three-dot button in the lower right corner of that message -> choose Delete.
Single conversation: tap the three-dot button in the top right corner of the app screen -> choose Delete > confirm.
Single topic in Assistants: swipe left to delete > confirm.

12. How do I copy messages in the app?

long press the message > tap Copy

13. Can I change the font size in the app?

It depends. Our app does not support changing the text size, but adjusting your phone's settings can affect its size. However, increasing the size too much may cause display and functionality issues.

14. Can I change the app’s theme (background)/character?

Yes, you can change the app’s theme/character. Open Settings of the app > Change Chat Theme.

15. How do I use the Image feature and Voice Assistant?

These special features require your permission to access the local Photos library, Camera, and Microphone. Please allow access when asked or go to the Settings of your phone > find our app > Allow.

16. What is the word limit of each question?

In the Chat feature, the maximum word limit for each input is 1000 characters for free users and 2000 characters for Premium users. For both free and Premium users, the maximum word limit for each output is up to 3000 characters.

As for the Assistants feature, the input should be shortened to under 100 characters, depending on the type of Assistant being used.
