If your Loveit widget isn’t updating, there are a few common reasons this might be happening:
The app is not running in the background
The widget only updates automatically when the app is still active in the background.
If you’ve cleared or force-closed the app, please reopen Loveit and leave it running in the background.
Internet connection issues
A stable internet connection is required for the widget to update. Please ensure you're connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Low Power Mode is enabled
If your phone is in Low Power Mode (Battery Saver), it may temporarily disable background refresh, which stops the widget from updating.
Please try turning off Low Power Mode and see if the widget refreshes.
