Why isn’t my Loveit widget updating automatically?

If your Loveit widget isn’t updating, there are a few common reasons this might be happening:

  1. The app is not running in the background

    • The widget only updates automatically when the app is still active in the background.

    • If you’ve cleared or force-closed the app, please reopen Loveit and leave it running in the background.

  2. Internet connection issues

    • A stable internet connection is required for the widget to update. Please ensure you're connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

  3. Low Power Mode is enabled

    • If your phone is in Low Power Mode (Battery Saver), it may temporarily disable background refresh, which stops the widget from updating.

    • Please try turning off Low Power Mode and see if the widget refreshes.
