1. How can I connect the app to my device?


To ensure that your device can detect and connect to your Robot, both devices must be connected to the same WiFi network. Before connecting, please set up your Robot using the iRobot Home App. Here's how:


Step 1: Download the iRobot Home App

Step 3: Once you've successfully set up your Robot, return to our app to enjoy a unique experience designed specifically for iRobot Vacuum. 

Download our app for Android or iOS.


2. Is ‘Vacuum Control app’ safe?


‘Vacuum Control’ uses only your own private WiFi connection in order to link your Roku TV with your phone. This app does not collect any data whatsoever.


3. How does ‘Vacuum Control’ work?


Using your WiFi network connection to create a secure communication channel, our application connects your device to your Robot seamlessly.
