1. How does the widget work?

The widget updates only while the app runs in the background. In case you have completely cleared the app history, please reopen the app to keep the widget updated.

2. How can I set up a widget?

Every widget only shows the notes from a particular person. By default, the widget prioritizes to show notes from your partner.

Please see how to set a widget:

After adding a widget to the Home Screen > Tap and hold the widget > Edit Widget > Select a friend to display.

After that, the widget will show notes from the chosen person.

3. Why did my widget not update new notes?

Your internet connection or low power mode may be preventing the widget from being automatically updated. 

If you've been waiting for some time but the widget still hasn't updated, your phone is likely on Low Power mode. This mode temporarily disables background refresh, which means the widget won't update. To resolve this issue, please check and turn off Low Power mode.
