If you have Hue Bridge and light bulbs, we recommend you connect our app to Hue Bridge first then easily add more light bulbs. First open, our app will directly ask you to add a device, or from the home screen on the app, please tap on the Devices button > Green Plus to add a new device.
Plug in your Hue Bridge to power, and use the included cable to plug it into your Wi-Fi router. Your mobile device should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as well.
- Tap on Hue Bridge
- If Hue Bridge is not found > please follow our short video to troubleshoot your Hue Bridge
- If Hue Bridge is found > press the button in the center of Hue Bridge to connect
- Once you connect to Hue Bridge successfully > tap on Continue to add Lights
- The app will automatically search your lights
- Or please tap on Use serial number > Enter 6-character number > tap Search
- If still not found, please check How to reset light, bridge
You also add light by tapping on Green Plus at the Home tab or Green Plus of Lights at the Setting tab.
If you only have light bulbs without Hue Bridge, don't worry our app still supports your Bluetooth light here.
