You had to try many times to search for the device on the app and already manually enter the serial number; however, the light still did not connect or be found on our app
Here is how to do the factory reset for the bridge:
- Turn the Bridge upside-down.
- Using a pointed tool, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. The LED on the front will blink to show that the reset is in progress.
- Once the LED stops blinking, the reset is done and you can proceed to set up the device again.
Also, you can do a factory reset of your lights, please try it:
- Start with your light off for at least five seconds
- Then turn on the light for eight seconds and then turn it off for 2 seconds (repeat this step 4 times)
