Camera errors when connecting to the drone

Here are the camera errors that you might encounter while connecting to the drone. Find the solution directly from the cause or contact us for more assistance.

1. Errors: 

1003: Camera is overheated.

1004: Camera encryption error.

1005: SD card or internal storage can't be used when USB-connected.

1006: NO SD card.

1007: SD card error. this error includes different reasons and solutions.

1008: No internal storge. Only supported by Mavic Air and Mavic 2 series.

1010: No SSD, Only supported by Inspire 2.

1013: Temperatures Too High To Stop Record.

   

2. Troubleshooting: 

- Turn off the drone and wait for the cool down in 3-5 minutes.

- Make sure you choose the SD card on our app, then try formatting the SD card and try again.

Open the app > Camera View > Settings (3-line button in the top right corner) > in the General tab, swipe up > choose SD Card > tap Format Storage.
