Quick fixes for connection issues and more

Most connection issues stem from unactivated devices and outdated firmware. Quick fixes can help your drone function properly.


1. Activate Drone

If your drone is brand new, you will need to download the official app and activate it before using it. You can follow the simple steps mentioned in the Tutorial tab to connect your phone to the drone. If you face any issues or get stuck at any step, please let us know. We'll be happy to assist you further.

2. Update Firmware

Unfortunately, our app has not supported updating the firmware. Please try to update the firmware with the DJI official apps.
