You are unable to connect to your printer? Please check the following reasons and try to fix the issue before seeking further support.
A. No Internet connection / No Wifi
In order to complete the printing order, a stable internet connection is required. Please make sure that your phone and printer are connected to the same Wifi network. If you come across the error image shown below, kindly check your internet connection.
B. No printer found
Please follow these steps:
1. When you use the app for the first time, it will automatically search for a printer.
2. Ensure that both your printer and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
3. If a pop-up appears saying "No Printer Found," tap Retry to search for the printer again.
4. If the pop-up still appears, tap "Set Up Guide" and choose the type of printer you are connecting to.
5. Follow the instructions in the Set Up Guide to complete the connection.
To add another printer please tap on the button
C. No print service
You have already found a printer to connect, but a pop-up message informing you that the "Print Service Plugin is missing!". Don't worry, you can follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Click "Continue" on the pop-up.
2. Locate the download icon next to Print Service that matches your printer and click on it.
3. To continue using our app, please click “Accept/Install" on the next popup from the system and allow Mopria to be installed on your phone.
4. Once you finish installing Mopria, the app will return to the home screen and a pop-up message will appear stating that "New printer is ready for use".
